Creamos mejoras y nuevos módulos en la aplicación para dispositivos móviles y el sitio web para administradores del condominio o condominios. Se hizo un análisis del producto y sus funciones y lo comparamos contra lo que la competencia estaba ofreciendo; llegamos a un consenso en el cual agregamos 5 nuevos módulos que ayudarían al usuario administrador a tener una mejor comunicación con los residentes, resolución pacífica de conflictos, control de las finanzas y reservaciones sencillas de las amenidades del sitio.
We created improvements and new modules for the mobile app and the condominium administration website. We analysed the digital product and its features and compaired it to what the competitors were ofering. We reached a consensus in which we added 5 new modules that would help the administration users to improve the communication with the residents, peaceful conflict resolution, finance control and amenity reservations.
Definimos como estaría divida la información y comenzamos a desarrollar los flujos de usuario por cada módulo nuevo. Creamos "Wireframes" para definir el acomodo de la información y después los refinamos creando prototipos de alta calidad que nos permitieran analizar cómo sería la estética final del producto así como compartirlo con el equipo de ingenieros que comenzaron a programar las nuevas funciones.
We defined how the information would be divided and we started to create new user flows for every new module. We created wireframes to define the information layout and then we refined it by creating high quality prototypes that allowed us to analyze how the final product aesthethics would look as well as sharing it with the engineering team that started to code the new features.
